If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase, we are delighted to exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value at no additional cost. Unfortunately, as a small, family-owned business, we do not offer refunds.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates:  At this time, our shipping fee within the United States is $5.

International Shipping: At this time we do not ship internationally. If you are intrested in Voided Cat Designs dry polish and are out of the United States, please feel free to email us and we will see what we can do.  Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
